McFadyens Contractors provided a design and build service for the erection of a new 2000sqm bonded warehouse development on a ‘Listed’ site within an existing working distillery; the site originally accommodated a three storey historic distillery warehouse.. A complicated and challenging build with confined site boundaries adjacent to existing distillery buildings and public road, delivered successfully within budget and on programme with full in house project management.
